This is What I need...

I need you to tell me exactly what information you require about each of the people on your chart. The simplest way to do this is by writing a numbered list.

Take a look at the images below and take note of the numbers in each box. You can say whatever you like about each of your ancestors... Names, DOB, occupation, marriage, death, place of residence, etc. However, space is limited so don't get carried away. Try to limit yourself to 5 lines of 20 characters.

Why not have photographs added to your chart..?

You can send me your original photographs through the post. I recommend Special Delivery if you choose to do that. I will scan your photos and return them, treating them with the utmost respect.

Alternatively, the quickest and safest way would be for you to scan your own photos and send me the .jpg files via email. The images need to be 300dpi, but I can resize the image to suit, so 150dpi images may email more easily.

Then what happens...

When I have received all your details I will design your chart. I will enter all your details along with your photograph images. When complete, I will send you a low-resolution copy via email for your approval and an invoice for your total amount*.

(*Individually designed charts are priced at £1.00 per person + £1.00 per photograph. Add to that £7.99 for A3 printing or £27.99 for A1 printing, and finally postage at £1.99 per order. If original photos need to be returned via Special Delivery, the cost of that return will be added to your invoice.)

If you are happy with the way it looks... Mark your approval by sending payment for your chart within 30 days. After accepting your proof copy... your chart will be individually printed on very high quality glossy paper and carefully delivered in a sturdy postal tube.

If you are NOT happy... Let me know what you would like changed. You do not pay me a penny until you are sure you are getting exactly what you want.

Meaning... If for any reason, you aren't thrilled and completely satisfied with your chart's proof copy and decide against having your chart printed, just let me know within 30 days and you will owe me nothing. No hard feelings.

Please note: Once your proof has been accepted by YOU, you make your payment and your chart goes for final printing. At that stage you may NOT cancel and refunds will NOT be given. Fair enough? (..unless the final print differs from the accepted proof... which it wont of course!)

P.S.  You do NOT have to order a totally completed chart. If you have some but not all the information, I can create a 'part-finished' chart and you can fill in the gaps later if the missing people come to light. You will only be charged for the people who actually appear on the chart, there is no flat-rate or minimum price. Just send me what you have and I'll send you an accurate quote for work involved.

P.S.S.  If your family ancestry is a little more complex and simply will not fit onto one of my templates... Fear not.
